What's the difference between theatrical and commercial headshots?
Theatrical headshots are for film, TV, and stage: moodier light, more depth, more gravity. Commercial headshots are brighter and more approachable, built for ads and lifestyle casting. We shoot both in one session so your book covers every submission.
Do you photograph teen and child actors?
Yes. Teen sessions run exactly like adult sessions: coached shot by shot, with a parent or guardian in the room. We keep the looks natural and age-appropriate, which is what youth casting actually wants to see.
What should I wear for actor headshots?
Solid colors near your face, no logos, no distracting patterns. Bring a few options per look and we will choose together on-screen. If your agent has a spec or a type note, send it over before the session.
Do casting directors want retouched headshots?
Light retouching only. Your headshot has to look like you on your best day, not a different person. We clean up stray hairs and temporary blemishes and leave your features exactly as they are.
Can I use these for my agency, Actors Access, and Casting Networks?
Yes. You get high-resolution files sized for online casting profiles and print, with usage rights included. If your agency has specific crop or format requirements, we deliver to their spec.
