Booking Policy

For Individuals

A deposit of $50.00 is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. This deposit will be applied to the total amount of your service. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.

For Corporate

Corporate clients can submit a corporate headshots form to request an appointment and quote. A 50% deposit of the invoice amount is due immediately to book and hold the date for your event and also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the date of your event.

Appointments made without a deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation.

Payment

We accept cash and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover. Checks are not accepted.

Late Policy

We allow for a 15 minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you arrive past the grace period, your session will be cancelled without any refunds. Please understand that any late arrival may shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next scheduled appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All of our appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for individuals and 72-hour notice for corporate clients.

Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice for individuals or 72-hours for corporate will result in the loss of all deposits paid to book the session. Individual sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled via email, text or online through the appointment scheduler. Corporate events must be cancelled or rescheduled in writing, by e-mail. If the corporate client requires to change the event date, 22PORTRAITS will try to accommodate the change and no additional fee will be charged as long as the new date is within three months of the original date.

22PORTRAITS reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If you need to cancel because of a personal or medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we can decide how best to proceed.

Refund Policy Cancellations made prior to the session within 24-hour notice for individual and 72-hour notice for corporate will receive a 100% refund on the deposits.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Refunds are not offered after services are completed.
